Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Part" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did.
After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600.
I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Part. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o:

I have a Toyota Tacoma pick-up and the headlights were beginning to oxidize pretty bad. I was at the dealer getting my oil changed when I inquired on the replacement price. I about fell over when they said $279.00 + tax (7%). I could not believe the headlights would be almost $600 to replace so I went online to www.go-part.com and seen the same headlights for $50.00. I ordered one thinking I would take a chance and worried if I would be disappointed. They arrived quickly and to my surprise were exactly the same (minus the oxidation) and went in no problem. They even came with new bulbs already in them. I ordered the other headlight and had the same great experience. Go-part.com has exceeded my expectations in service, quality, and price. I order several parts for a Chevy Geo that my daughter and her husband owned. They had drove the car from Michigan and there were parts that were needed to get them up and running in good shape. After spending

I had bought very hard to find headlights for my 1998 GMC Sonoma. I came across Go-Parts.com and they had them they were right at $100.00 . I ordered them and received in a week perfect fit. I then ordered some custom tail lights for my truck and same as before received them in a week and the fit was perfect. My last order was driver and passenger side mirror once again perfect fit. I would recommend go-parts to anyone who is needing part at a very reasonable price.
I needed to replace the side view mirror on the drivers side of my 2005 Nissan Maxima. I went to the dealer and the price was outrageous! Fortunately the parts rep suggested that I try on line. Your company was very helpful and I was able to replace the mirror for much less than the dealership asked. Service was very good.

When I was looking for a rear lamp for my Jeep Liberty I was amazed to find that the prices at Go-Part.com were so much cheaper than any place else on line! Almost half the the price! About a year ago, I left my home just like any other typical work day. As I get to my car I look and notice the driver side mirror is dangling by a thread. Someone had knocked it off and hadn't offered the courtesy of informing me. What kind of neighbor does that?
So I tell my wife and she starts surfing the Internet trying to find the best deal. Meanwhile I call the Nissan dealer trying to find a replacement mirror. The dealer wanted almost $300 just for the part, and they had to order it, and that didn't include the install fee. There was no way I was going to pay $300 for a replacement mirror. Later on that day my wife emailed me the part listing on go-part.com and it was listed for $40! I couldn't believe it. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. I immediately logged on and ordered the mirror. Two weeks later it arrived and I had a mechanic install the part.
Two months later, long after it was installed, my wife let me in on a little secret. She was the one that backed in and knocked off the mirror.
Even though I'm from Canada and I have to pay for international shipping, Go-Part's prices are typically 30% less (including international shipping!) than the best price I can find locally.
If I can afford to wait a week, I'll buy from Go-Part every time!
My most recent order was for a radiator cooling fan assembly. At the dealer, the price was well over $200 CA. Aftermarket, about $150. Your price was came in at under $100 in total, shipped to my door.
I was suprised to see that the assembly was made in Taiwan, not mainland China. The part looks identical to the original, it fit perfectly and is working just fine, even after a grueling Manitoba winter!
Your website is easy to navigate, the price including shipping was clearly stated when I checked out, and the part arrived within the estimated delivery time.
