Step 1: Using the needle-nose pliers, remove the 2 retaining pins located in the wheel well.
This allows you to pull back the protective panel, giving you access to the mounting area.
Step 2: From the front of the vehicle, gently wedge your flathead screwdriver into the side of the fog light.
By creating a bit of separation and pushing backwards, the light will release into the interior of the lighting area, allowing you to remove it from the back.
NOTE: Now that the fog light is no longer in place, mark the adjusting screw so you can use it as a reference point for your new fog light. This ensures proper alignment (use a marker).
Step 3: Using the Allen wrench, you can remove the stud.
The Allen wrench bolt is accessible from underneath the casing. There will be a small opening, and you can see the Allen wrench bolt.
Step 4: Disconnect the wiring harness and remove the existing fog light from the vehicle.
Step 5: Connect the wiring harness to your replacement fog light.
Step 6: Be sure that you've aligned the light by moving the adjustment stud to the point that you marked before removing the old one.
Step 7: Insert the new fog light into its opening and mount into place.
It will snap into place.
Step 8: Reattach the inner fender by replacing the pins that hold it in place.
