Step 2: Using the flathead screwdriver, gently pry the triangular trim panel away from the mirror's mounting point.
Step 3: Disconnect the mirror's wiring harness.
Step 4: Using the 10mm socket, loosen and remove the 3 mounting bolts that hold the mirror to the vehicle.
NOTE: Be sure to hold onto your mirror as you loosen the bolts, as you don't want to have to clean up broken glass from your garage floor or driveway!
Step 5: You can now remove the side mirror.
Step 6: Mount the new side mirror by tightening the three 10mm retaining bolts.
Be sure to feed the wiring through the opening in the door frame!
Step 7: Connect the side mirror's wiring harness.
Step 8: Reattach the trim panel.
