Step 2: Using the flathead screwdriver, gently pry up the window control switch-panel. Disconnect the wiring harnesses attached to the underside of the panel. Fully remove the panel.
Step 3: Using the small screwdriver, depress the tabs on the interior of the door handle trim panel. Remove this panel.
Step 4: Loosen and remove the two 10mm bolts located near the interior door pull.
Step 5: Gently remove the interior door panel by working your way around it, and pulling outward to disengage the retaining clips.
Step 6: Remove the interior door panel.
Step 7: Remove the insulation that is inside the side mirror's mounting area.
Step 8: Disconnect the side mirror's wiring harness.
Step 9: Loosen and remove the three 10mm retaining bolts that hold the mirror to the door frame.
NOTE: Be sure to hold onto the side mirror while loosening the retaining bolts, as you likely don't want to sweep broken glass from your garage floor or driveway!
Step 10: Feed the wiring harness through the door frame, and mount the mirror by tightening the 10mm retaining bolts.
Step 11: Connect the mirror's wiring harness. Be sure to reattach it to the door with its clip!
Step 12: Reattach the interior door panel.
Simply reverse the removal process.
