Step 2: Pry and remove the trim panel inside the interior door handle. Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2).
Step 3: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2) UNDER the interior door pull handle.
Step 4: Pry and life the power window control panel. Disconnect the wiring harness (1).
Step 5: Pry and remove the triangular trim panel near the window. Disengage the retaining pin beside the trim panel.
Step 6: Pry and remove the interior door handle. Disengage the locking rod from the back of the handle.
Step 7: Pry and separate the interior door panel from the frame.
A series of retaining clips secures the panel to the door frame. Work your way around the outer edge of the panel, prying outward, and “popping†the clips free.
Step 8: Disengage the locking rod from the back of the interior door panel.
Step 9: The panel should now be completely free from the vehicle.
Step 10: To reattach the interior door panel, simply reverse the removal process.
Engage the locking rod to the back of the interior door panel. “Snap†the panel back onto the door by firmly striking near each retaining clip. Re-engage and attach the interior door handle, connect all wiring harnesses, and be sure that all trim panels are reattached.
