Step 2: Using the flathead screwdriver, disengage the retaining clips (4) that line the top edge of the grille.
Simply put the head of the screwdriver between the vehicle frame and the grille, and “pop†OUTWARD to disengage the retaining clips.
Step 3: Disengage the remaining clips on the back of the grille to free it from the vehicle.
Step 4: With a firm tug on the bottom portion of the grille, you can now “snap†it free from the front-end of the vehicle.
Step 5: Place the new grille into position, and with a firm (but not too firm) strike, snap the grille back into place, re-engaging all of the retaining clips.
