2001-2007 Dodge Caravan, Chrysler Town & Country, Plymouth Voyager Turn Signal Switch Replacement Instructions, Install, Change (2002 2003 2004 2005 2006)

Tools required:

Phillips screwdriver

Flathead screwdriver (small)

Step 1: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (3) on the underside of the steering column.

Step 2: Separate the UPPER and LOWER trim panels surrounding the steering column and remove them.

They are held together by retaining clips built into the molding. It will take a FIRM tug to separate them, but be careful not to break the clips!

Step 3: Using the small flathead screwdriver, depress the retaining tab to release the wiring harness (1).

Step 4: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2) that hold the switch to the steering column.

Step 5: You can now remove the switch from the vehicle.

Step 6: Mount the new turn signal switch to the steering column by tightening the Phillips screws (2).

Step 7: Connect the wiring harness to the turn signal switch.

Step 8: Reattach the UPPER and LOWER trim panels to the steering column.

Step 9: Tighten the Phillips screws (3) to hold the trim panels in place.
