Step 2: Remove the Phillips screw that holds the turn signal light in place.
This screw is located on top of the headlight assembly.
Step 3: Twist the turn signal bulb socket counter-clockwise to free it from the casing and remove the casing from the vehicle.
Step 4: Gently pull the thin panel beneath each headlight assembly, disengage the clips that hold the grille to the chassis. There are 3 along the top and 3 along the bottom. You will need the long screwdriver to reach the bottom clips.
Step 5: Remove the grille from the vehicle.
Step 6: Loosen and remove the three 10mm bolts that hold the headlight assembly in place.
Two are located on the outer side, while the other is to the inside (facing the front of the vehicle.)
Step 7: Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the headlight assembly and remove the old assembly from the vehicle.
NOTE: If you ordered your replacement headlight from Go-Part.com, it likely includes new bulbs and sockets, as most of our models do! This saves you steps. However, in case it doesn't, you can easily twist the sockets and pull the bulbs from the old assembly and attach them to the new one!
Step 8: Connect the wiring harness to the back of the new headlight assembly.
Step 9: Mount the headlight assembly by tightening the three 10mm retaining bolts.
Step 10: Reattach the grille by engaging the clips that hold it into place.
Remember, there are 3 along the top and 3 along the bottom!
Step 11: Insert the turn signal bulb into its assembly and mount it by tightening the Phillips screw that holds it in place.
