Step 2: Remove the 4 hand-screws located inside the trunk.
Step 3: Pull back the trunk liner to expose the back of the tail light assembly.
Step 4: Remove the final hand-screws that secure the tail light assembly to the vehicle's frame.
Step 5: Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the tail light assembly.
NOTE: If your replacement tail light assembly has bulbs, you can simply connect the wiring harness and install it. However, if it doesn't, simply turn the bulb sockets counter-clockwise to remove them, and attach them to the new tail light assembly.
Step 6: Connect the wiring harness to the new tail light assembly.
Step 7: Secure the new assembly by tightening the hand-screws.
Step 8: Replace the trunk liner and secure it by tightening the hand-screws.
