Step 1: Open the passenger's side door and remove the fuse panel.
Step 2: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2) that secure the bottom panel in place.
Step 3: Remove the panel beneath the glove compartment.
Step 4: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (3) that line the metal panel (beneath the glove compartment).
Step 5: Open the glove compartment, remove the screw covers (2), and remove the Phillips screws (3).
Two are behind the screw covers, while the third is in the center/top.
Step 6: You can now pull the glove compartment from the vehicle. Disconnect the wiring harness (1) from the glove compartment light.
Step 7: Disengage the tabs (2) that hold the air filter compartment door in place. Pull this door through the BOTTOM of the compartment.
Step 8: You can now pull the filters (2) from the assembly.
Step 9: Insert the new filters (2).
Use the guiding arrows to ensure proper placement. The arrow will point toward the DRIVER'S side.
Step 10: Reattach the assembly cover.
Step 11: Reattach the glove compartment by tightening the Phillips screws (3) and replacing the screw covers (2).
Step 12: Tighten the Phillips screws (3) on the underside of the glove compartment.
Step 13: Reattach the panel beneath the glove compartment, tighten the Phillips screws (2) inside the fuse compartment, and cover the area by reattaching the fuse cover.
