Step 2: Pry and open the screw cover inside the interior door pull. Loosen and remove the Phillips screw (1).
Step 3: Pry and remove the interior door handle's bezel.
Step 4: Pry and open the screw cover inside the interior door handle. Loosen and remove the Phillips screw (1).
Step 5: Lift and remove the interior door pull cup/window switch. Disconnect the wiring harness (1).
Step 6: Using the door panel clip tool (or putty knife), pry and remove the door panel from the frame.
A series of retaining clips secures the door panel to the door frame. You will hear them “pop†as they disengage.
Step 7: You can now fully remove the door panel from the vehicle.
Step 8: To reattach the door panel, simply move the panel into position. With a FIRM strike near each retaining clip, you can re-engage them, “snapping†them back into place.
Step 9: Connect the window switch's wiring harness (1) and tighten the Phillips screw (1) to secure the door pull cup/window switch in place. Reattach the screw cover.
Step 10: Tighten the Phillips screw (1) inside the interior door handle. Reattach the screw cover and handle's bezel.
