How do you Change, Replace, or Install 1998-2001 Nissan Altima Power Window Switch Replacement

Tools required:

Phillips screwdriver

Flathead screwdriver

Step 1: Open the vehicle's door.

Step 2: Using the flathead screwdriver, pry and remove the window control switch-panel.

Step 3: Disconnect the wiring harness attached to the underside of the switch-panel.

Step 4: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (4) that hold the power window switch to the panel.

Step 5: You can now remove the power window switch.

Step 6: Mount the new power window switch to the panel by tightening the Phillips screws (4).

Step 7: Connect the wiring harness to the new power window switch.

Step 8: Snap the panel into place.

You'll feel the retaining clip â€œsnapâ€ into place.
