Step 2: Using the flathead screwdriver, disengage and remove the retaining clips (3) that hold passenger's side of the trim panel (spanning the bottom of the windshield). Lift this trim panel up just a bit.
Step 3: Loosen and remove the 8mm bolts (2) exposed by lifting the trim panel. Remove the retaining panel.
Step 4: You can now remove the air filter from beneath the trim panel.
Step 5: Insert the new air filter, and tighten the 8mm bolts (2). Replace the retaining panel.
Step 6: Re-engage the retaining clips to hold the trim panel in place.
