Step 2: Locate the air box on the PASSENGER'S side of the vehicle.
The air box attaches to the air hose running from the engine. The assembly is located just behind the PASSENGER side headlight.
Step 3: Disengage the retaining clips (2) that secure the air hose to the air box assembly. Slide and remove the air hose (and the air box cover) from the cylindrical assembly.
Step 4: You can now slide the air filter (1) from the air box.
Step 5: Slide the new air filter (1) into position.
NOTE: Be sure that the air filter fits securely into the air box!
Step 6: Slide the hose and air box cover back onto the end of the cylindrical air box, and secure the assembly by re-engaging the retaining clips (2).
