Step 2: Loosen and remove the 4 Phillips screws that hold the tail light assembly in place.
Two are located on the outside of the casing, and the other two are located to the inside.
Step 3: Disconnect the wiring harness that attaches to the back of the tail light assembly, and unscrew the lower light, removing it from the assembly.
NOTE: If you ordered your replacement tail light assembly from Go-Part.com, it likely includes new bulbs, as most of our models do. This saves you an installation step! However, in case your particular model does not include them, simply turn the sockets counter-clockwise to remove them from the old assembly and insert them into the new one.
Step 4: Connect the wiring harness to the back of the new tail light assembly and insert the lower bulb.
Step 5: Secure the new assembly by tightening the 4 Phillips retaining screws.
Use the guiding tabs on the assembly to ensure proper placement.
