Step 2: Locate the air box assembly on the DRIVER'S side of the vehicle, just beside the washer fluid reservoir.
Step 3: Disengage the retaining clips (2) that hold the air box cover to the assembly.
Step 4: Lift the air box cover from the assembly, exposing the air filter.
Step 5: You can now remove the air filter (1) from the assembly.
NOTE: We recommend cleaning out the air box, as it likely has plenty of dirt, grime, and debris inside. This means that your air filter has been doing its job!
Step 6: Using the alignment tabs on the outer edge of the air filter, insert the new filter (1) into the air box assembly.
Step 7: Re-engage the retaining clips (2) to secure the air box cover to the assembly.
