How do you Change, Replace, or Install 1992-2007 Chevrolet S10, Blazer, GMC Jimmy Pickup 4.3L Air Filter Replacement

Tools required:

Flathead screwdriver

Step 1: Open the vehicle's hood.

Step 2: Locate the air box on the DRIVER'S side of the vehicle, just behind the headlight assembly.

Step 3: Loosen and remove the flathead screws (4) that secure the air box cover to the assembly.

Step 4: You can now lift the air box cover and remove the air filter (1).

Step 5: Insert the new air filter (1) into the air box.

NOTE: Be sure that the air filter is placed squarely into the air box!

Step 6: Secure the air box cover by tightening the flathead screws (4).
