Step 2: Loosen and remove the two Phillips screws that secure the tail light assembly.
These screws are exposed by opening the door. BE CAREFUL not to drop the screws down inside the chassis!
Step 3: You can now pull the tail light assembly from the vehicle.
Step 4: Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the tail light.
Step 5: Connect the wiring harness to the new tail light assembly.
Step 6: Move the new tail light into position. Use the alignment tabs to ensure proper positioning.
Step 7: Tighten the 2 Phillips mounting screws to secure the tail light assembly.
