Tools required:
Phillips screwdriver
Step 1: Disconnect the vehicle's negative battery cable.
Step 2: Open the vehicle's door.
Step 3: Pull back the rubber sensor cover, exposing a Phillips screw (1). Remove this screw.
Step 4: Pry and remove the rubber door jamb switch. Disconnect the electrical plug (1).
Step 5: Connect the new door jamb switch's electrical plug (1).
Step 6: Tighten the Phillips screw (1) to complete the mounting of the new door jamb switch.
