Gary Derebenskiy
Gary Derebenskiy, President & CEO

Mostly behind the scenes of Go-Part.com's operations he brings over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry with him. Gary began early on by building up one of the busiest automotive smog & repair shops in Sacramento. After selling his auto repair business, he wanted to try something new and Go-Part.com was a perfect fit for his expertise. Gary is a bit of a workaholic (okay maybe more than "a bit"), but we do manage to force him to take some "Gary" time so he doesn't drive himself mad and end up sitting in a corner flinching, screaming and cackling: "low cost parts!"  When he does break away, you'll likely find him either conquering rugged mountain paths on his ATV, or out back on his patio BBQ'ing some tender, flavorful steaks.  Without Gary, we'd have a hard time bringing you the best quality parts available online!

Dan Derebenskiy
Dan Derebenskiy, CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

How the Go-Part.com site works and responds to your needs as a customer is Dan's primary focus as Chief Information Officer.  Dan has been a computer programmer since the 2nd grade, and despite putting in many applications at prestigious organizations, it seems no one wanted to hire a 2nd grader (the nerve of them)!  Dan generally enjoys people, culture, music and science just like anyone else, but he's still a "nerd" by today's standards.  Without Dan, the Go-Part.com website wouldn't work as you've come to expect it to because Dan stays focused on making sure that the site marches to the same beat as the technology of our age.  Dan truly believes in the power of people, and a short talk with him at any point will prove this to be true very quickly.

Lana Derebenskiy
Lana Derebenskiy, Bookkeeper and Accounting

Lana helps keep the rest of us in check so to speak.  While we've shot down her ideas about putting our parts in pink boxes and having Martha Stewart deliver them, we know she means well, because she finds the auto parts business (a male dominated business) *yawn* BORING, but she loves to make sure our books are in order.  Lana said we need a book keeper.  We didn't think we needed one.  In fact, Lana just thinks she's smarter than us even though we know about cars and parts (and other cool stuff).  But her job is really easy and we really don't need a book keeper because we're good at math just like she is.  She insists on trying to tell us that she's better at math than we are, with silly examples of stuff like 2 + 2 = 4, but everyone, even little kids know 2 + 2 = 17.

John Calderon
John Calderon, Customer Support Manager

John is cool as a cucumber.  And yes, he does wear those shades to work every day.  He's constantly bumping into walls and stuff, but it's okay because he's cool.  It's the cost of being cool.  No one is cooler than John.  John is who Mike Posner was talking about in the song "cooler than me".  John is the guy you talk to when you need help with something.  Whether it's an order you need help with, or a part you're not sure how to find, John is the man to help you find what you need.  It's a good thing he's a touch typist, because the shades make it hard for him to see a keyboard.  Without John we wouldn't be able to maintain our high customer service standards, and the standards required to have such high ratings on 3rd party websites like BizRate.com for example.  All that, and he has the uncanny ability to be cool.  The warehouse could be burning down, and John would say: "Hey everybody. . .chill out.  It's under control."  He extends that ability to customer service and can work out the most difficult situations with a cool, calm, collected approach.  Did we mention he's cool?

Brian Rose
Brian Rose, Technical Support Manager

Brian epitomizes what support should be like.  Whether you have a problem with your order after the fact, or you need some help on how to install a particular part on your vehicle, Brian will make that happen.  He smiles so much he makes us smile.  His efforts make things easy for customers like you in the end, and Brian does this all with a smile.  Brian can come to work after being run over by a bus, and would still smile even if his spleen was squashed.  He'd just chuckle and say: "I'll take care of it."  Ironically, Brian's a fan of the movie "Scarface", and we have to say Tony Montana would've loved Brian, and the movie might have had a different ending if Tony had Brian as his technical support manager.  Whether you have an issue with the site, or just a plain parts question, Brian is the man you'll likely end up talking to, if someone else doesn't defer to him after you speak to them first!  Brian is also our guinea pig when we roll out new changes to find out how customers might respond to those changes.  Without Brian, getting things done in general might be more difficult of a task.

Mike Derebenskiy
Mike Derebenskiy, Product Manager

Mike handles the actual parts that you find on the Go-Part.com website.  He writes the descriptions, adds them to the website, makes sure that the pictures you see are accurate and that the specifications listed, and information listed is accurate to your specific vehicle.  Mike is also a CSUS pre-physical therapy student, and with his finesse on our products, we can only imagine what he'll do as a physical therapist.  "Magic Hands" Mike, also plays a saxophone.  Now does that surprise you at all?  Our parts are put into their best light because of Mike, and without Mike, we might not have the accuracy that we have in our parts descriptions, specifications, and vehicle descriptions.  Mike could probably touch a pumpkin and turn it into a stagecoach.  He's just that good.  He's not your fairy godmother, he's "Magic Hands" Mike.  Don't believe us, touch your screen right now, and you'll turn into a customer!

Ray Sison
Ray Sison, Strategy and Brand Manager

Ray is the probably the reason you're reading this right now.  Behind the scenes of how customers end up on Go-Part.com pages, he's the guy who makes sure that Google falls in love with our site, and keeps customers like you coming back consistently by making it easy to find our site.  Through the use of proprietary strategies, Ray works closely with Eric, and Dan, to keep us not one, but three step ahead of the competition.  See that smile on his face?  It's because he knows what the competition doesn't know.  "Tweak", "modify", and "update" are common words in Ray's vocabulary.  Heck, he's tried to "tweak", "modify" and "update" things about us as well, and we usually have to remind him that we're humans.  Ray's thought process would probably make our competitors lose sleep at night.  Without Ray, you may not have found our site in the first place.  He's our resident "strategy guy" and comes up with ideas that contribute largely to our growth and gains when you as a customer are seeking us out.  If you found us, odds are, Ray is the one who made that happen.  In fact, we're convinced Ray can help people find anything.  We're planning to have him find that guy Jimmy Hoffa that eluded everyone else.  Not Ray!
